Chanel Skin Care Reveiw

As mentioned, I purchased Chanel's Mousse Doucer  & Lotion Confort on a whim. My previous skin care routine consisted of just Nutrimetics Apricot Mousse and Toner. It came in orange bottles and worked WONDERS for my skin. I did have break out now and again but that is expected, oh the puberty (that's such a gross word).
I'd like to mention that I have combination skin and I do go red quite easily. The assistant in Chanel recommended me to use rinse off foaming mousse cleanser balance + anti pollution due to my combination skin and the Silky Soothing Toner Comfort + Anti-Polluction Alcohol Free due to my sensitive skin.

I've been using the Chanel mousse and toner for 4 days, day and night. First thing I noticed was that my face looks SO CLEAN! Though it may look clean my pimple/blemishes/whatever you want to call them have not gone down but if anything, have come back with a vengeance. This may be because of my diet which hasn't really changed but really it could be anything causing it to happen. Another thing is that after using it at night and waking up in the morning my face is SUPER oily and glossy. This was never a problem with Nutrimetics but it's a quick fix (even though it may be causing my pimples, ugh)

As for the actual product, it has a really nice minimalistic packaging ala Chanel style. The mousse smells almost rosy and the toner for some reason sometimes smells banana-y and sometimes it doesn't. totally weird but nice. I predict it will last for a long time since a small squeeze foams up quite nicely and you don't really need much toner.

I paid $114 all together. You can probably get this at any department store that sells Chanel cosmetics. Just ask the assistant for help.
